Booking Policy
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
1.The accommodation contract signed between this hotel and its guests, as well as any related contracts, shall comply with the provisions of these terms and the accompanying usage rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Usage Rules"). For matters not specified in this clause, laws and regulations or generally clear customs shall be followed.
2. When the hotel acts in accordance with special agreements within the scope of not violating laws and conventions, it is not bound by the preceding paragraph and the special agreement shall prevail.
Article 2 (Reservation Accommodation Contract)
1.If you wish to make a reservation for accommodation contract (accommodation reservation) with this hotel, you should follow the regulations of the country where this hotel is located and provide the following information to this hotel.
1. Name of the accommodation guest
2. Accommodation date and scheduled arrival time
3. Contact information of the accommodation (determined in principle according to Appendix 1)
4. Payers of accommodation expenses and their contact information
5. Other matters that the hotel deems necessary to confirm
2.According to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, when there is a change in the information provided to this hotel, please promptly provide the updated content to this hotel.
3.If the accommodation guest wishes to extend the accommodation date mentioned in Article 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, the hotel will consider it as a new accommodation contract application and process it accordingly.
Article 3 (Effectiveness of Accommodation Contract, etc.)
1. The accommodation contract shall come into effect upon the hotel's commitment to the reservation mentioned in the preceding clause. However, if the hotel proves that it has not made any promises, it is not subject to this restriction.
2. When complying with the provisions of the preceding paragraph to make the accommodation contract effective, the prescribed reservation fee shall be paid to the hotel before the designated date, based on the total amount payable by the accommodation guests during the accommodation period (Appendix 1).
3. In the event of any of the following circumstances, the hotel may consider the guest's application as a malicious request and the accommodation contract will become invalid.
1. When the accommodation fee specified in the preceding paragraph cannot be paid before the start of the accommodation or the designated date of the hotel in accordance with this provision.
2. When attempting to contact the guest using the contact information provided in the first item of the preceding article, but still unable to reach them within 10 days from the date of initial contact (or until 6:00 pm on the day of accommodation if less than 10 days have passed).
3.When the guest refuses to contact our hotel.
4. Firstly, the reservation fee will be used to offset the accommodation expenses that the guest should ultimately pay. If the provisions of Article 5 and Article 15 apply, the advance payment will first be offset against the liquidated damages and then against the compensation. If there is a remaining amount, it will be refunded upon payment in accordance with Article 11.
5. When the conditions (2) and (3) in the preceding paragraph are met, the hotel will not refund the accommodation fees already collected.
Article 4 (Refusal to Sign Accommodation Contract)
When the following situations occur, this hotel may refuse to sign the accommodation contract.
1. When the accommodation application is not in accordance with the provisions of this clause.
2. When there are not enough guest rooms due to overcrowding.
3. When natural disasters or other emergency situations occur, priority should be given to providing guest rooms for disaster victims and disaster relief personnel, and other reasons equivalent to the preceding paragraph.
4. 4. When the guests preparing accommodation are members of violent organizations or violent related groups and other anti social forces, or are related personnel of legal persons or other groups controlled by violent organizations or members of violent organizations for their business activities.
5. When it is determined that the person preparing to move in may engage in behavior that violates legal regulations, public order, or social morality in terms of accommodation.
6. When it is determined that the person preparing to move in is suffering from an infectious disease that may spread the virus.
7. When guests make requests for accommodation that exceed the scope of common sense in society.
8. When accommodation services cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.
9. When the personnel preparing to check in are drunk and may affect other guests, or may hinder the operation of the hotel, or have words or actions that cause inconvenience to other guests or hotel employees.
10. When the guest who wishes to stay is confirmed to have a mental illness.
11. Without the permission of the guardian, only minors are allowed to stay.
12. When applying for accommodation with the purpose of transferring accommodation rights.
13. In fact, there is no intention of accommodation, but when applying for accommodation.
Article 5 (Right of Termination of Contract for Accommodation Guests)
1. Accommodation guests can apply to this hotel to terminate their accommodation contract.
2. When a guest terminates all or part of their accommodation contract due to their own reasons, the hotel will charge a penalty in accordance with Article 2 of the attached table.
3. If the guest does not arrive at the hotel without prior notice until 8 pm on the day of the reservation (or two hours after the expected arrival time if the guest has already informed us in advance), the hotel may consider it as termination of the accommodation contract and take corresponding measures.
Article 6 (Right to terminate the contract of this hotel)
1. This hotel may terminate the accommodation contract in the following circumstances
1. When the accommodation guests are members of violent organizations or related groups, as well as members or individuals of anti social forces, as defined in the law regarding the prevention of improper behavior by members of violent organizations.
2. When a guest in this hotel engages in violent, threatening, intimidating, unreasonable demands, gambling behavior, or carries or uses drugs, firearms, knives, and similar items that are not allowed by law, causes inconvenience to other guests, violates laws or public order, or is likely to engage in such behavior.
3. When it is determined that the accommodation guest may engage in behavior that violates other legal provisions, public order, or social morality in terms of accommodation, or when such behavior has been proven.
4. When it has been confirmed that the guest checking in is a contagious patient.
5. When a guest's words and actions cause significant distress to other guests.
6. When guests have inappropriate demands from the hotel or its staff, or when their demands exceed reasonable limits.
7. When accommodation services cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.
8. Smoking while lying in bed in the guest room, maliciously tampering with fire equipment, etc., which poses a problem for fire prevention.
9. When a guest is drunk and may affect other guests, hinder the operation of the hotel, or have words or actions that cause trouble to other guests or hotel employees.
10. Transfer of accommodation rights, or when intending to transfer.
11. When an accommodation contract is signed with this hotel through a travel agency, but it cannot be confirmed that the accommodation fee has been paid to the travel agency.
In addition, the so-called "unable to confirm the payment of accommodation expenses" includes the fact that certain remittance methods are used at the end of the window business hours of financial institutions, which makes it impossible to confirm on the same day, or that no matter what the business hours of financial institutions are, bank transactions are conducted via the Internet, but the next day is a rest day of financial institutions, which makes it impossible to confirm the remittance on the same day.
12. When violating these terms or the hotel's usage rules.
1. The termination notice specified in the preceding paragraph shall be given orally to the guest, or by phone, email, or written communication submitted by the accommodation guest in accordance with Article 2. When the contact information provided by the accommodation guest in Article 2 cannot be contacted, the provisions of Article 3, Item 3 may apply, or after the usual expected arrival time, it will be treated as having been notified and processed.
2. When the hotel terminates the accommodation contract based on the first two provisions, except for the situations in items 1 (3) and (5), no relevant fees will be paid.
Article 7 (Accommodation Registration)
1.Accommodation guests are required to register the following information at the hotel front desk on the day of check-in.
1. Name, age, gender, address, ID card, and occupation of the resident
2.For foreigners, their nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
3. Departure date and scheduled departure time
4. Former accommodation location and subsequent destinations
5. Other matters that the hotel deems necessary to confirm
2.If accommodation guests wish to pay the fees specified in Article 12 by means of traveler's checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, or other alternative methods that can replace cash, they should indicate this in advance during the registration process.
Article 8 (Room Usage Time)
1. The time that guests can use our hotel rooms is between check-in and check-out, as set by our hotel.But during consecutive stays, the time outside of check-in and check-out dates can be used throughout the day.
2. This hotel may not be bound by the provisions of the preceding paragraph and may allow guests to use their rooms outside of the designated time. At this point, the guest needs to pay an additional fee to the hotel.
3. Even during the time when guests are allowed to use the room as stipulated in the first two items, if deemed necessary by the hotel's operations and management for safety, hygiene management, or other reasons, hotel employees will enter the room to take necessary measures.
Article 9 (Compliance with Usage Rules)
Guests staying in this hotel shall comply with the accommodation rules posted inside the hotel as formulated by the hotel.
Article 10 (Room type orientation and business hours)
1. For detailed operating hours of our hotel facilities, please refer to the homepage, notices, and service guides in the guest rooms.
2. In case of necessity, temporary changes may be made to the time mentioned in the preceding paragraph. At that time, notification will be made through appropriate means.

Article 11 (Payment of Fees)
1. The details and calculation methods of the accommodation fees that guests should pay shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of item 1 of the attached table.
2. The payment of accommodation fees in the preceding paragraph can be made in cash or by traveler's cheques, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, online payment (including Alipay, WeChat payment) approved by the hotel in lieu of currency, at the front desk or at the place designated by the hotel when the guest leaves or when the hotel requires.
3. If the hotel provides guest rooms for accommodation, but the guest does not check in due to their own reasons, they still need to pay the accommodation fee.
4. If the reservation is for a group of 7 or more people, the full accommodation fee must be paid 8 days before the accommodation date. If payment is not possible, the hotel may refuse the reservation.
Article 12 (Responsibilities of the Hotel)
If the hotel's performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts, or the hotel's failure to perform the above contracts, causes losses to the accommodation guests, the hotel will compensate for such losses. However, if the loss is not caused by the fault of this hotel, it is not subject to this limitation.
Article 13 (Disposal Measures in Case of Inability to Provide Promised Rooms)
When the hotel is unable to provide the promised room to the guest, the hotel will try its best to coordinate and arrange other accommodation facilities with the same conditions for the guest after obtaining their consent.
Article 14 (Custody of Accommodation Guests' Luggage and Carrying Items)
1. If the guest's luggage arrives at this hotel before the guest's accommodation, this hotel is only responsible for safekeeping and handing it over to the guest if it is known to the guest before the luggage arrives.
2. If a guest leaves their luggage or belongings at this hotel after completing the check-out procedures, the hotel will keep them for a certain period of time and handle them according to the provisions of the Lost Property Law thereafter.
3. In addition, beverages, food, magazines, and other items similar to waste will be subject to arbitrary disposal by the hotel if no contact is received from the guest before the next day of check-out.
4. Regarding luggage or carry on items left by guests in the hotel, in order to handle them appropriately based on their nature, the hotel has the right to inspect their contents at will and return them to the lost person as needed or handle them in the manner specified in the first two items. Accommodation guests have no right to raise objections.
Article 15 (Responsibilities of Accommodation Guests)
If the hotel incurs expenses for cleaning and repairing the guest room, loses sales opportunities, or suffers other losses due to the guest's violation of these terms or usage rules, or other reasons attributable to the guest, the guest must compensate the hotel for the relevant losses.
Article 16 (Cleaning of guest rooms)
1. When guests stay in the same room for more than 2 days, the hotel will generally clean the room daily.
2. Even if the occupants indicate that they do not want to clean, according to laws and relevant regulations, we will still clean the guest rooms. In addition, the hotel may clean the guest rooms at any time when deemed necessary.
3. Regarding the room cleaning mentioned in the previous paragraph, guests have no right to refuse.
Article 17 (Parking Responsibility)
When accommodation guests use the parking lot in Beijing Fangshang District, regardless of whether the vehicle keys are stored or not, this hotel does not assume responsibility for vehicle management.
Article 18 (Amendment of Terms)
This clause may be modified at any time as needed.
When these terms are modified, the hotel will publish the modified content and effective date on the hotel's homepage or room.

Usage rules
In order to ensure the safe and comfortable use of this hotel by guests and maintain its public nature, the hotel has formulated the following rules in accordance with the accommodation terms. If a guest violates these rules, the hotel may terminate the accommodation contract with them in accordance with Article 6 of the accommodation terms.
1. In principle, guests who exceed the number of occupants are prohibited from using the room.
When more than the number of guests who have applied for check-in are found to be using the room, the hotel will charge a fee for the excess.

3. Gunpowder and volatile oils that are prone to catching fire, as well as drugs that pose a danger to the body
